Josh leads engagements with organizations in the public and private sectors focusing on major strategy, investment, and execution decisions.
Prior to Camber, Josh worked on agency strategy, governance, and partnerships at global relief and development NGO Mercy Corps, as well as on multiple consultancies for the United Nations, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and Agricultural Innovation in Africa Project. He has directly managed over $500M in international programs. Josh began his career as an American diplomat in DC and East Africa with the U.S. Department of State.
Josh earned a Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College. He was born and raised in the art and business of photography, and still shoots to this day. Outside Camber, Josh serves on the Board of Seattle City Club and loves spending time with his wife Lindsey, son Ethan, daughter Elle, and dog Piper.
