Kate works with clients to develop strategy and inform operational design with evidence-based decision making.

Prior to Camber, Kate spent 6 years at Partners In Health, a global health and social justice non-profit organization. As the Rwanda program manager, she focused on bringing innovative community-based healthcare and social programs to rural communities.  At the Foster School of Business she was president of the Healthcare & Biotech Association, a Global Innovation Fellow with the UW Global Health START Program and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and a Leadership Fellow at the Center for Leadership and Strategic Thinking.

Kate earned her MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and graduated with distinction and honors in the Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Psychology and Women's Studies. In her free time Kate enjoys: playing the cello with community orchestras, traveling both locally and internationally, running Seattle stairways with her sister, and experimenting in the kitchen with family and friends.
