Kelsey serves client organizations with social impact measurement, strategic decision making, and human-centered program design.
Prior to Camber, Kelsey worked on the ground in Sudan, Jordan, Syria, and Afghanistan to evaluate the impact of development projects, build coalitions around the implementation of regional strategies, and address barriers to service provision in developing country government institutions. She has worked with a client base that includes donor governments, multilateral organizations, and NGOs. Kelsey joins Camber Collective from Eureka Research and Evaluation, a boutique consulting firm, prior to which she worked with the International Rescue Committee in their field operations.
Kelsey holds a BA from Dartmouth College, where she graduated as a Senior Fellow with a major in International Relations. Kelsey spends most weekends rock and ice climbing in the Cascade Mountains Range. Kelsey sits on the Board of Directors for Sahar Education.
